The Challenge:

Design an innovative fixture presentation for REI’s climbing department allowing the consumer to shop a high sku count of climbing gear and accessories within a small footprint. 

The Solution:

Creation of two stand alone, wedge-shaped, fixtures that sit adjacent to one another, allowing the consumer to shop both sides of the presentation at once. The modular design and configuration offers maximum merchandising solutions, including single item display to size runs, peg and hook insert, and storytelling opportunities. Storytelling continues on the localized endcap of the wedge. Stores received a laser engraved map of their individual communities' climbing locations and routes.
